...Thunderstorms will impact portions of eastern Logan, Newton,
Johnson, northwestern Yell and northwestern Pope Counties through
800 AM CDT...

At 731 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of decaying
thunderstorms producing gusty winds along a line extending from near
Fern to 8 miles northeast of Wiederkehr Village to near Paris.
Movement was northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.
