Fire Weather Planning Forecast for West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
242 AM CDT Sat Mar 16 2024
.DISCUSSION...
Fire weather concerns remain relatively low over the next several
days. Much of the region can expect below normal temperatures with
daily chances of wetting rains possible. Overnight recoveries
remain excellent across the area, even in areas that end up not
receiving rain. Winds will remain mostly light for the next
several days. ERCs should improve substantially for most with
continued rainfall and moisture return.
