A coastal low and frontal system will impact the area Thursday into
Friday morning bringing widespread moderate to heavy rain. Storm
total rainfall of 1 to 2 inches expected, with locally higher
amounts up to 3 inches possible.

Strong north to northwesterly winds will develop behind the front
late Thursday into Friday, leading to minor soundside flooding,
increased wave heights which may pose ocean overwash concerns, and
wind gusts of 30-40 mph.
