.DISCUSSION...

Good morning. High pressure will remain over the local area today and
Thursday, with a dry airmass remaining in place over the region.
Mostly to partly sunny skies today and Thursday with temperatures
forecast to be slightly above normal for this time of year. Minimum RH
values around 35 percent this afternoon and Thursday. Light winds will
become east to southeast by mid-morning, increasing to 8-12 KT with gusts
around 15 KT possible, which will produce sensitive fire weather conditions.
Southeast winds will continue on Thursday, with speeds generally 10 KT or
less. Rain chances remain out of the forecast through late week. Smoke
dispersion values will be very good today and generally good on Thursday.
