  kt with gusts up to 30 kt and waves 3 to 6 ft occurring. For
  the Gale Warning, east winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40
  kt and waves 7 to 12 ft expected.

* WHERE...Upper Entrance of Portage Canal to Eagle River MI,
  Eagle River to Manitou Island MI and Manitou Island to Point
  Isabelle MI.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 5 PM
  EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
