...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT WESTERN CLAIBORNE...NORTHEASTERN
CAMPBELL AND NORTHERN UNION COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 AM EDT...

At 931 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8
miles northeast of La Follette, moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
La Follette, New Tazewell, Tazewell, Harrogate, Springdale, Arthur,
Rose Hill, Sharps Chapel, Sandlick, and Clairfield.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
