.SYNOPSIS...A high pressure ridge will slowly shift E of the
region while weakening today. A strong cold front will approach
the coast today, then move E across the waters tonight and Fri. A
secondary cold front will move offshore Fri night into Sat. High
pressure will build E over the waters Sat and Sat night, then
shift E of the region Sun into Mon night while maintaining a
ridge over the area.
