.SYNOPSIS...High pressure will extend across the Gulf through Fri
with moderate S to SE winds and slight to moderate seas
prevailing over the area. A cold front will move over the area Fri
into Sat which will bring gentle to moderate W to NW winds.
Moderate E winds will return later on Sun.

.THIS AFTERNOON...SE winds 10 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Seas
3 to 4 ft.
