.Synopsis...High pressure to the northeast continues to weaken
and move east as a low pressure develops rapidly northwest of the
waters. Instability over the NW waters is expected over the
second half of the week.

Hawaiian waters within 40 nautical miles including the channels-

.TONIGHT...East winds 20 to 25 knots Maui County and Big Island
waters... southeast 10 to 20 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 4 to 7
feet. Northwest swell 3 feet. Scattered showers.
.THURSDAY...East winds 15 to 20 knots near Kauai and Oahu...east
20 to 30 knots elsewhere. Wind waves 5 to 8 feet. Scattered
showers, except numerous showers and isolated thunderstorms near
Kauai waters.
.THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT...East to southeast winds
15 to 30 knots Alenuihaha Channel... southeast 10 to 25 knots
elsewhere. Wind waves 6 to 8 feet. Northwest swell 2 to 3 feet.
Scattered showers. Numerous heavy showers and isolated
thunderstorms near Kauai waters
.SATURDAY THROUGH SUNDAY...Southwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Wind
waves 3 to 6 feet. Northwest swell 3 to 4 feet. Scattered
showers. Scattered heavy showers and isolated thunderstorms near
Kauai  waters.
.MONDAY...Northeast winds 10 to 15 knots. Wind waves 3 to 4 feet.
Northwest swell 7 to 10 feet. Scattered showers.

SE half increasing to 15 to 25 kt Thursday. Elsewhere, E winds
10  to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 9 ft increasing to 7 to 12 ft Thursday
night. Isolated thunderstorms NW half.
.FRIDAY AND SATURDAY...NW half, SE to S winds 15 to 25 kt. SE
half, E winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 12 ft. Isolated
thunderstorms NW half.
.SUNDAY...N of 22N W of 160W, W to NW winds 10 to 15 kt.
Elsewhere E to SE winds 10 to 20. Seas 6 to 13 ft. Isolated
thunderstorms  NW Half.
.MONDAY...NE winds 10 to 20 kt. Seas 6 to 13 ft.
