.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A strong high
pressure center will be over and just W of the region through
late Fri, the center of high pressure gradually weakens and will
shift W and SW of the area through Sun night while extending a
ridge E and NE over the waters. A coastal trough will extend N
along the S Oregon coast today, expand N along the coast and
Tthen extend along Vancouver island Thu night into Sun night
while becoming weaker.
