.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will persist to
the W of the N and central waters through Thu then move further S
to the W of the central and S waters through Fri, and W of the S
waters Fri night through Sat night. A coastal low pressure trough
will persist over the N and central California through early Wed,
then be across the central and S areas through early Fri. Low
pressure will move SE towards the northern California coast Sat.
A cold front will move SE into the N waters Fri and the central
waters Sat, then across the S waters Sat night and Sun and pass S
of the waters Sun night. Another cold front will move into the N
waters Sun night. Please be advised that the USCG remote
communications facility at Cambria is experiencing technical
difficulties. Technicians are aware of the problem. We apologize
