.DISCUSSION...

Off and on light rain will continue through the rest of this
morning. Rain won`t completely move out of the area until around
noon. Surface winds will stay out of the north or northwest today
around 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Skies will clear out
this afternoon allowing mixing up to 5000 to 6000 feet, with
transport winds around 25 mph. With temperatures cooler, even
though a dry air mass moves in behind this system humidity only
drops to 35 to 50 percent this afternoon.
