...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHEASTERN GREENE AND NORTH
CENTRAL MONONGALIA COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM EDT...

At 308 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Waynesburg, moving east at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Waynesburg, Jefferson Boro, Fairdale, Rogersville, Carmichaels,
Blacksville, Mount Morris, Spraggs, Pentress, and Brave.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 16.
  Interstate 79 in West Virginia between mile markers 159 and 160.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
