.DISCUSSION...

* Light winds generally out northeast are expected this morning
  that look to turn more northerly by 1500-1600 PDT with a dry
  cold front passing through the area today. By the late evening
  hours, winds are anticipated to become light and variable going
  through the night.

* A gradual warming trend is in the forecast through the end of
  the work week as high pressure builds in over the region.

* Increased afternoon breezes begin Thursday ahead of an incoming
  system that is expected to bring increased chances for showers
  and thunderstorms as well as gusty winds on Saturday.
