Patchy dense fog will affect visibility east of a Haskell to
San Angelo to Junction line through 10 am this morning. Expect
visibility to fall to 1/4 mile or less at times, especially in
hilly terrain around Abilene and the Hill Country. Fog should burn
off by mid morning.

Drive carefully and use low beam headlights in foggy areas.
