* WHAT...Northeast winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 30 knots.
  Seas 5 to 7 feet with occasional seas up to 9 feet.

* WHERE...Caribbean waters of Puerto Rico from 10 NM to 17N,
  including the coastal waters of Saint Croix.

* WHEN...IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 AM AST FRIDAY.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* WHERE...Coastal Waters of Northern Puerto Rico out 10 NM,
  Coastal Waters from Cabo San Juan to the waters between Anegada
  Island and Virgin Gorda and North 10 NM, Anegada Passage east of
  Virgin Gorda and Saint Croix south to 17N, and the Mona Passage
  Southward to 17N.
