Surface high pressure building behind an exiting low pressure
wave will generate gusty northeast to north winds Wednesday. Daytime
humidity will be lower than in recent days, dropping into the
teens by mid afternoon. This pattern will also bring moderate
recovery Wednesday night. Humidity trends higher for Thursday,
with southwesterly winds.
