ASSURED ME THAT THE PROBLEM IS AT THE GATEWAY.. AND THEY ARE
WORKING ON THE ISSUE..TALKED TO THE GATEWAY..SUGGESTED THEY
CONTACT ADDITIONAL SUPPORT TO CORRECT THE PROBLEM ASAP. MORE TO
