SUMMER 2015 AT FARGO HECTOR INTL AP WAS SLIGHTLY WARMER THAN AVERAGE
AND A BIT DRIER THAN AVERAGE.  THE MEAN TEMPERATURE OF 69.7 DEGREES
FOR THE SEASON WAS 0.9 DEGREES ABOVE AVERAGE. THE 6.82 INCHES OF
RAINFALL WAS 2.43 INCHES BELOW AVERAGE.  HOWEVER...THE OBSERVED
TEMPERATURES AND PRECIPITATION WERE NOT AMONG THE WARMEST OR DRIEST
SUMMER SEASONS ON RECORD.
