EXPECTED TO REMAIN ADVERSE EARLY TO LATE TONIGHT DUE TO THE PASSAGE
OF THE STRONG COLD FRONT EARLIER TODAY. ALTHOUGH FAVORABLE WIND AND
SEA CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST FOR MONDAY AND MONDAY NIGHT...THEY WILL
BECOME ADVERSE ONCE AGAIN FOR MUCH OF THE WEEK DUE TO THE TYPICAL
HIGH PRESSURE AND LOW PRESSURE INTERACTION AND THE PASSAGE OF
