TEXAS COAST TONIGHT AND MONDAY WITH WEAK LOW PRESSURE ACROSS DEEP
SOUTH TEXAS AND HIGH PRESSURE ACROSS THE EASTERN GULF OF MEXICO.
WINDS AND SEAS WILL BE HIGHER IN AND NEAR THUNDERSTORMS. WINDS
