COAST WEDNESDAY NIGHT WITH A WEAK PASSAGE EARLY THURSDAY. WINDS
BRIEFLY TURN NORTH THEN RETURN QUICKLY BACK TO THE SOUTHEAST
FRIDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS OVER THE EASTERN GULF. SEAS BUILD
ON TUESDAY...PEAK WEDNESDAY THAN GRADUALLY LOWER THROUGH THURSDAY
BEFORE THEY BUILD AGAIN LATE IN THE WEEK AS THE WINDS INCREASE.
