.SYNOPSIS...Swells have begun to decrease this morning, but fresh
breezes are in store for the Laguna Madre for the remainder of the
day. Marine conditions will gradually improve through the
remainder of the work week as a cold front stalls to the north
and high pressure remains more dominant across the Gulf. Breezes
freshen and seas build on Saturday as southerly winds increase in
advance of another cold front.
