WINDS WILL COMBINE WITH LONG PERIODS SWELLS AND HIGH SURF TONIGHT
THROUGH AT LEAST EARLY SUNDAY MORNING AHEAD OF AN APPROACHING
COLD FRONT. PRIMARY THREATS WILL BE WATER RUN- UP ON EASTERN
