HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD NORTH THEN EAST OF THE LOCAL WATERS
THIS WEEKEND. A COLD FRONT WILL THEN CROSS THE REGION EARLY NEXT
WEEK WITH ADVISORY CONDITIONS EXPECTED OVER PORTIONS OF THE LOCAL
