.Synopsis for the southern California coast and Santa Barbara
Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 15Z...or 8 AM PDT...A 1024 MB high was
located 900 NM west of San Francisco, and a thermal trough extended
from NW Mexico into S California. An upper level low moving over the
area will bring a slight chance of thunderstorms to portions of the
coastal waters through this evening.
