...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH MONDAY MORNING...

The Flood Watch continues for

* A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following areas,
  Bay, Genesee, Huron, Midland, Saginaw, Shiawassee, and Tuscola.

* Through Monday morning

* Periods of heavy rain are expected today through Monday Morning.
  Total rainfall is expected to be around 2 inches on average, but
  there is the potential for 3 inches or more, especially if
  thunderstorms develop.

* Low lying areas prone to flooding will be most susceptible,
  with area creeks and rivers such as the Saginaw River
  potentially flooding by Monday Morning. Drivers are reminded
  not to drive over flooded roadways as water depth and road
  conditions under water are unknown.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts.

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be
prepared to take action should flooding develop.
