CREATE HIGH RAINFALL TOTALS ACROSS EAST TEXAS...SOUTHWEST AND
CENTRAL LOUISIANA THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON. STORM TOTAL OF 5 TO 8
INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA THROUGH MONDAY.

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE A PORTION OF SOUTHWEST
  LOUISIANA...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREA...JEFFERSON DAVIS.

* THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON

* 5 TO 8 INCHES OF RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE IN THE WATCH AREA
  THROUGH MONDAY AFTERNOON. LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS ARE POSSIBLE.

* IMPACTS INCLUDE DANGEROUS AND POTENTIALLY LIFE THREATENING
  FLASH FLOODING AS WELL AS ELEVATED LEVELS ON AREA RIVERS AND
  STREAMS.
