...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch for portions of southwest Virginia and West
Virginia has been cancelled. The heaviest of the rain has ended.

Flood warnings remain in effect, but no new flood warnings are
anticipated. These flood waters should recede overnight.

Still watch for residual flood waters and backwater. Turn around,
don`t drown. Be especially cautious at night, when it is harder
to judge the depth of the water.
