THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN HUNTSVILLE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN DEKALB COUNTY IN NORTHEASTERN ALABAMA...

* UNTIL 630 PM CDT

* AT 326 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF THUNDERSTORMS
  PRODUCING HEAVY RAIN NEAR FORT PAYNE. FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY
  OCCURRING NEAR FORT PAYNE...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND NEAR INTERSTATE
  59 AND AREAS NORTHEAST TOWARDS MENTONE...AS STORMS ARE NOT MOVING.
  RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES HAVE LIKELY ALREADY FALLEN WITH
  AN ADDITIONAL 1 TO 2 INCHES LIKELY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  FORT PAYNE...RAINSVILLE...HENAGAR...SYLVANIA...VALLEY HEAD...
  HAMMONDVILLE...MENTONE...PINE RIDGE...DESOTO STATE PARK AND SULPHER
  SPRINGS.
