the

* At 148 AM EDT, gauge reports indicated that heavy rain fell across
  the warned area. Flash flooding is still occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Jackson, Wellston, St. Marys,
  Pomeroy, Oak Hill, Albany, Coolville, Rutland, Forked Run State
  Park, Vienna, Williamstown, Mason, Belmont, Mineralwells,
  Washington, Tuppers Plains and Lubeck.

Flood waters are moving down Duck Creek and the Little Muskingum in
Washington County.

At 1 AM the stage is 11.07 feet at Whipple on Duck Creek. Duck Creek
is expected to crest around 12 feet later this morning and then
start to fall. Bankfull stage is 11 feet.

At 1 AM the stage is 17.77 feet at Bloomfield on the Little
Muskingum. The Little Muskingum is expected to crest around 18 feet
later this morning and then start to fall. Bankfull stage is 16 feet.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
