* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  EAST CENTRAL OSAGE COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  NORTH CENTRAL TULSA COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
  SOUTHERN WASHINGTON COUNTY IN NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 530 PM CDT

* AT 341 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN FROM NEAR AVANT TO SKIATOOK TO OWASSO.
THREE TO FIVE INCHES OF RAINFALL HAS ALREADY OCCURRED WITH AN
ADDITIONAL INCH OR SO POSSIBLE IN A FEW LOCATIONS. HIGH WATER HAS
BEEN REPORTED ACROSS SOME ROADWAYS NEAR THE TULSA AND WASHINGTON
COUNTY LINE.

* RUNOFF FROM THIS EXCESSIVE RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING TO
  OCCUR. SOME LOCATIONS THAT COULD EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  TULSA...AVANT...BARNSDALL...COLLINSVILLE...OWASSO...SKIATOOK...
  SPERRY...VERA AND WYNONA.

UNKNOWN DEPTHS. IT ONLY TAKES TWO FEET OF RUSHING WATER TO CARRY AWAY
MOST SPORT UTILITY VEHICLES AND PICKUPS. TAKE A DIFFERENT ROUTE TO
REACH YOUR DESTINATION OR WAIT UNTIL THE WATER RECEDES. REMEMBER...
