...THE SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 AM MDT
FOR PHILLIPS COUNTY...

AT 1126 PM MDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A FEW THUNDERSTORMS
LINGERING OVER EASTERN AREAS OF PHILLIPS COUNTY. SMALL STREAM
FLOODING WILL CONTINUE IN THE ADVISORY AREA. UP TO TWO AND ONE HALF
INCHES OF RAIN HAVE ALREADY FALLEN IN SOME AREAS.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
HOLYOKE...PAOLI...PLEASANT VALLEY...FAIRFIELD AND AMHERST.

THIS INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING STREAMS AND DRAINAGES...FRENCHMAN
CREEK...WILDHORSE CREEK...NORTH FORK FRENCHMAN CREEK...SANDY CREEK
AND PATENT CREEK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODING.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...FARMLAND...AND OTHER LOW LYING
SPOTS.
