* AT 614 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES IS EXPECTED
  WHICH COULD CAUSE LOCALIZED FLOODING.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LAKE CITY...WATERTOWN...PALESTINE COMMUNITY...LULU...FIVE POINTS
  AND OLUSTEE.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
