* AT 10:15 AM SATURDAY THE STAGE WAS 15.6 FEET.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 15.0 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING AND MINOR FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY
  THIS AFTERNOON.
* IMPACT...AT 15.0 FEET...MINOR FLOOD STAGE. FLOODING BEGINS ALONG THE
  NEUSE RIVERWALK. WATER NEARS THE BASE OF THE HOLDING TANK AT THE
  WATER TREATMENT PLANT.

* IMPACT...AT 20.0 FEET...LOWLAND FLOODING BEGINS SOUTH OF DANIEL
  STREET IN EAST TARBORO.
