...The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a flood warning
for the following rivers in Minnesota...

  Mississippi River Near Fort Ripley affecting Morrison and Crow Wing
  Counties

.Recent rainfall from the past few days has resulted in rising
river levels along the Mississippi River, near Fort Ripley. The
forecast is for the levels to reach just above flood stage and
then level off.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

The National Weather Service in Duluth has issued a

* Flood Warning for
  The Mississippi River Near Fort Ripley.
* from late Wednesday night to Sunday afternoon.
* At  7:00 PM Tuesday the stage was 9.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 10.0 feet.
* Forecast...Rise above flood stage by early Thursday morning and
  continue to rise to near 10.2 feet by Friday morning.The river will
  fall below flood stage by early Sunday morning.
