THE AREA THROUGH THE DAY.  SKIES SHOULD BEGIN TO CLEAR OUT DURING
THE MORNING...WITH SUNNY SKIES PREVAILING BY THE AFTERNOON.  FOG
IS NOT EXPECTED MORNING NOR SUNDAY MORNING DUE TO THE DRY AIRMASS.
WINDS DURING THE TODAY WILL NORTHWEST...AT SPEEDS OF AROUND 10
MPH NEAR THE SURFACE...AND 10 TO 15 MPH IN THE MIXING LAYER. LIGHT
WINDS OUT OF THE NORTH TONIGHT.  FREEZING TEMPERATURES EXPECTED
