.DISCUSSION...

Light southerly breezes at only around 5 mph will turn
variable or more northerly by late afternoon. The combination
of correspondingly light transport winds within a shallow mixing
layer will make for poor to only fair dispersion at the outside
today. Weatherwise, more of the same : dry but cloud cover will
prevent rapid decrease in afternoon humidity minima. Temps will be
highly dependent on the cloud deck; the potential for 45 to 50 is
there again as it has been the last couple of days, but
realization of these values has obviously not occurred. We feel a
better chance for milder and mainly dry weather is in the offing
during the upcoming week.
