.DISCUSSION...Cool and wet conditions will persist through today
with scattered rain and snow showers. Gusty southwest through
west winds will develop by late morning and will last through the
early evening. Skies will clear from west to east tonight, with
much warmer and drier conditions on Friday.

Saturday through Monday...Cooler and breezy conditions return on
Saturday, along with a chance of rain and snow showers over the
northern zones. Fair and warmer weather moves in on Sunday, with
another storm bringing increased winds to the area on Monday.
