Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Southeast Texas
National Weather Service Houston/Galveston TX
405 AM CDT Sat Jun 24 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Some patchy fog currently settled over the region this morning will
diminish after sunrise. There may be patchy fog developing once again
overnight tonight, especially over areas that receive rain today.
Today will kick off an unsettled period over at least the next several
days as a front pushes into the area. Scattered to widespread showers
and thunderstorms are expected across SE Texas each day for the next
several days. Southerly winds will become northeasterly and then
easterly this weekend into next week as surface high pressure over
the Plains slides towards the SE CONUS.
