.DISCUSSION...
Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected today.
Higher rain chances are in the forecast toward the end of the week
and on into the weekend as we continue to monitor the remnants of
Tropical Storm Harvey for likely redevelopment as it moves toward
the middle to upper Texas coast.
