WET CONDITIONS ARE FORECAST ACROSS NORTHERN ALABAMA FOR THE
GREATER PORTION OF THIS WEEK...AS A FEED OF MOISTURE FROM THE
GULF...AND PASSING UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCES PRODUCE ADDITIONAL
SHOWER AND THUNDERSTORM ACTIVITY. WITH HIGH AMOUNTS OF WATER IN
THE ATMOSPHERE...LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE...ALONG WITH
GUSTY WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. THE BEST CHANCES FOR WETTING
RAIN IS FORECAST ON TUESDAY. RAIN CHANCES WILL GRADUALLY
DIMINISH SOMEWHAT FOR THE MIDDLE AND LATTER PORTIONS OF THE WEEK.

SOUTHEAST TRANSPORT WINDS AROUND 20 MPH WILL PRODUCE GENERALLY
GOOD TO GOOD DISPERSION RATES ON TUESDAY. LIGHTER WINDS ALOFT
SHOULD YIELD FAIR DISPERSION RATES ON WEDNESDAY.
