THROUGH AT LEAST FRIDAY. RAIN CHANCES WILL BE QUITE HIGH...ESPECIALLY
FROM THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH AT LEAST WEDNESDAY...AND REMAIN ABOVE THE
SEASONAL AVERAGE THROUGH THE END OF THE WEEK AND INTO THE WEEKEND.
