.DISCUSSION...

Beginning next week, a more active weather pattern favorable
for wetting rains is expected. An inch or more of rainfall is
expected across the Loess Plains and Loup Rivers basins.
Predicted rainfall decreases westward to a half to three quarters
of an inch across the Eastern Panhandle region.

Minimum afternoon humidity across Western Nebraska is expected
to range from 25 to 40 percent Mopnday. Higher humidity
is expected next week across the across eastern fire districts,
while still ranging from 25 to 35 percent in the western fire
districts.
