Another upper-level storm system will pass north of the region
today. As a result, windy conditions will combine with
unseasonably warm temperatures and consequent low relative
humidity to produce critical fire weather conditions over most of
the area. Fuels remain very dry. RH will bottom out at 5-15% this
afternoon and Monday. RH recovery overnight will range from poor in
the southwest to excellent in the northeast.
