Fire Weather Planning Forecast For West Texas/Southeast New Mexico
National Weather Service Midland/Odessa TX
335 AM CDT Thu Aug 24 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Unusually cool high temperatures will keep high afternoon humidities
in the region and eliminate any significant fire weather threat into
early next week. Isolated to scattered thunderstorms will pose some
threat for lightning starts but generally there will be abundant rain
accompanying the storms so even that threat will be low. Overnight
recovery will be excellent.
