.DISCUSSION...
At or below normal temperatures will persist through Tuesday with low
fire weather concerns through at least mid week. Rain chances will
continue through Tuesday adding to fuel moisture levels. Warmer
temperatures Wednesday through Friday will decrease humidities areawide
with rh/s dropping to 15 percent or less across portions of the
southeast New Mexico plains. 20 foot winds, however, are expected to
remain below 20 mph. Overnight recovery the next few nights will be
good to excellent areawide.
