LARGER RIVER VALLEYS OF FIRE WEATHER ZONE 618 AND 619...

.DISCUSSION...
High pressure offshore and a strong thermal trough over California
will continue to produce gusty northeast winds along and near the
Coast Range in Curry County through this evening. Elsewhere, winds
will get gusty along the coast, breezy across much of the west side
this evening, and will remain generally light and diurnally driven
east of the Cascades. Winds will weaken tonight into early Monday
with slightly better RH recoveries in Curry County. Elsewhere, RH
recoveries will be moderate to poor on the upper slopes and ridges.
Southerly flow will develop in the mid-levels tonight through
Monday. Tuesday through Wednesday thunderstorms are expected to
develop across portions of the area, possibly onto portions of the
west side Tuesday evening and night.
