Fire Weather Planning Forecast for Middle Tennessee
National Weather Service Nashville TN
314 PM CST Sun Feb 26 2017

...MARGINAL FIRE DANGER FOR THE REST OF THE AFTERNOON IN MIDDLE
TENNESSEE...

.DISCUSSION...Minimum relative humidities will remain in the 20 to 25
percent range into the late afternoon, along with a south to
southeast wind of 5 to 10 mph. This will create a continued marginal
fire danger.

Otherwise...clouds will increase tonight, along with an increased
likelihood for showers as we head through the late night hours.
An unsettled weather pattern will continue thereafter, with the best
chance for rain occurring Tuesday night into Wednesday as a strong
cold front passes through. By that time, atmospheric instability
will be sufficiently high to allow for a few strong to severe
thunderstorms.
