...Strong cold front passage expected late Wednesday night/early
Thursday...

High clouds will move out this evening with just thin high cirrus
for the eclipse Monday morning. Warmer temperatures are forecast
Monday through Wednesday, with Tuesday being the warmest day.
Minimum humidities will approach critical readings each afternoon.
A strong cold front will move into the area late Wednesday night
into Thursday. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms over
the eastern third of Washington and north Idaho Wednesday
night through Thursday and will be followed by windy conditions
area wide on Thursday. Conditions will continue to be critically
dry Thursday and into next weekend.
