Breezy northerly winds will affect much of the area today,
especially across the Lower Colorado River Valley this morning.
Drying conditions will lead to minimum RH values falling down
mainly into a 10-15 percent range both this afternoon and Sunday.
Light winds are anticipated for Sunday.
