Fire Weather Planning Forecast for WESTERN WASHINGTON
National Weather Service SEATTLE WA
307 PM PDT Sat Aug 19 2017

Current warnings/watches...None.

.DISCUSSION...High pressure aloft will prevail through Monday. The
ridge will move east on Tuesday, allowing a low pressure system to
approach. This will cause the flow aloft to strengthen from the
southwest. The low pressure system will move across the region on
Thursday for below normal temperatures and a chance of showers.
Meanwhile, onshore flow of varying strength will persist through
Thursday. Temperatures will be near normal on Sunday and Wednesday
but above normal Monday and Tuesday.

Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10
 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
