...DISCUSSION FROM RNOFWFVEF...

DRY CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED AREAWIDE THROUGH THURSDAY, WITH
TEMPERATURES RISING A FEW DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL. A PACIFIC TROUGH
WILL BRING INCREASING CLOUDS AND WINDS, COOLER TEMPERATURES, AND
CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION TO PARTS OF THE AREA THURSDAY NIGHT
THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT BEFORE HIGH PRESSURE RETURNS FOR THE WEEKEND.

...DISCUSSION FROM LAXFWFSGX...

HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT AND WEAK OFFSHORE FLOW WILL CONTINUE HOT AND
VERY DRY CONDITIONS AGAIN TODAY JUST INLAND FROM THE COAST. HIGHER
HUMIDITY WILL BEGIN TO SPREAD INLAND AS ONSHORE FLOW INCREASES
TUESDAY INTO WEDNESDAY, WITH GREATER COOLING THURSDAY AND FRIDAY,
AS A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE MOVES INLAND ALONG THE WEST COAST. THIS
WILL BRING HIGHER HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WESTERLY WINDS IN THE
MOUNTAINS AND DESERTS. DRY AND WARMER AGAIN NEXT WEEKEND WITH
STRENGTHENING HIGH PRESSURE ALOFT AND OFFSHORE FLOW, WHICH MAY
BRING ANOTHER ROUND OF CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS TO SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA.

...DISCUSSION FROM PHXFWFPSR...

DRY FUELS, VERY WARM TEMPERATURES, AND HUMIDITY VALUES FALLING INTO
THE SINGLE DIGITS DURING THE AFTERNOON WILL RESULT IN CONDITIONS
FAVORABLE FOR BURNING THROUGH THE DAY ON MONDAY. FORTUNATELY, WIND
SPEEDS WILL REMAIN FAIRLY TYPICAL FOR THE SEASON PRECLUDING A HIGHER
FIRE DANGER. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE BUILDING ALOFT WILL KEEP
TEMPERATURES WELL ABOVE NORMAL EACH DAY THROUGH TUESDAY, AND MINIMUM
RH VALUES WILL STAY WELL BELOW 15 PERCENT AS WELL. EXPECT WINDS TO
FAVOR THE EAST EACH DAY, ESPECIALLY DURING THE MORNING AND ACROSS
SOUTH-CENTRAL ARIZONA, WITH SOME LOCAL BREEZINESS.
