.DISCUSSION...
A dry northwesterly flow aloft over the burn site will allow for
some high level clouds. A surface trough will move through the
burn site around 0700 hours CST to 0900 hours CST Thanksgiving
Day. The surface trough will shift the 20 foot winds to the
northwest and north, however 20 foot wind speeds today through
Thanksgiving Day will only be around 5 to 13 mph or less. No
precipitation is expected today through Thanksgiving Day.
