830 AM EDT TUE JUL 7 2015

FORECAST IS BASED ON IGNITION TIME OF 0900 EDT ON JULY 07.
IF CONDITIONS BECOME UNREPRESENTATIVE...CONTACT THE NATIONAL WEATHER

.DISCUSSION...WINDS WILL BE SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST LESS THAN 10 MPH. THERE
IS A SURFACE TROUGH JUST WEST OF THE LOCATION. IF THE TROUGH SHIFTS
MORE TO THE EAST...WINDS WILL BECOME WEST. I HAVE LOW CONFIDENCE THAT
THE TROUGH WILL MOVE EAST AS MOST MODELS KEEP IT WEST OF THE LOCATION.
MINIMUM RELATIVE HUMIDITIES WILL FALL TO 35 PERCENT THIS AFTERNOON.
THE NOCTURNAL INVERSION WILL SET UP AROUND 9 PM THIS EVENING.

POSITIVE OR NEGATIVE FEEDBACK INCLUDING OBSERVATIONS TAKEN AT
THE BURN SITE WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. YOU CAN USE THE SAME
WEBPAGE WHERE YOU REQUESTED THE SPOT FORECAST FOR THIS. YOU MAY
ALSO CALL OUR OFFICE IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS. HYSPLIT
OUTPUT HEIGHTS FOR THE NWS COLUMBIA AREA ARE 300, 750 AND 1500 METERS.
THESE VALUES ARE DIFFERENT THAN SURROUNDING OFFICES.
