.DISCUSSION...
Gusty north winds should quickly weaken around late afternoon and
remain weak to low end moderate overnight. Temperatures will
quickly fall late afternoon and this evening as a very dry airmass
prevails...with relative humidity values increasing at that
time but remaining relatively low through the evening. Cold
overnight lows expected with temperatures around 30 degrees
possible by sunrise.
